    throttle 250ho

Question on throttle. Have a hot foot. Dealer really scammed me when they rigged it. I think they basically stuck cables in boot and fired it up. My cam for throttle does not hit block for idle but it is not in contact with the linkage roller either. Both about 1/8 to 1/4 away. That probably ok but wondering about wot. The hot foot pressed to wot will hit stop on block but I can still advance the throttle linkage another 1/2 with my fingers. Does that mean I am not getting wot? Doesn't look like I can adjust the big black cam? My old motor with the hot foot had a zone at wot where the last inch or so it didn't seem to gain me anymore speed or rpms. I looked into this because I figured they never Adjusted the bolt stop on hoot foot which h they didn't. I had to move that out over 1/2 inch. Thanks

    Re: trim gauge

Sea water lol. I live in Wisconsin and my buddy's are shaking their heads wondering why I am heating my garage and messing with the new motor. We already had a 12 inch snowstorm a week ago. Going to be long winter. Want to get this thing out. I see that sender. Does a guy adjust on that to give correct reading on new gauge when I get it. Thanks site is great!
