EVINRUDE® ULTIMATE FANTASY FISHING EXPERIENCE CHALLENGE

1. PARTICIPATION CONSISTUTES ENTRANT'S FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL AGREEMENT TO AND ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES. The Evinrude Ultimate Fantasy Fishing Experience Challenge (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") is for a limited time and begins on March 3, 2008 at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Standard Time ("PST") and shall end as of 11:59 p.m. PST on August 17, 2008. The Promotion is sponsored by BRP US Inc., 10101 Science Drive, Sturtevant, WI 53177 (the "Sponsor").
2. NO PUCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
3. ELIGIBILITY. The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding Rhode Island and Puerto Rico) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years old or older and are legally competent to enter into legally binding agreements under the laws of the jurisdiction in which they reside at time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Since some jurisdictions may not allow, or may limit, the validity of some or part of the provisions of these Official Rules, it is expressly understood and agreed that such shall not limit the validity or enforceability of any other provisions herein and any and all clauses contained in these Official Rules will be valid to the fullest extent permitted under the applicable law. Employees of Bombardier Recreational Products Inc. ("BRP"), BRP US Inc., their subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotional agencies of the Sponsor, and their immediate families (spouses and parents, siblings, children, and their spouses) and persons living in the same household of such individuals (whether related or not), are not eligible. Anglers participating in a particular tournament listed below are not eligible to win in this Promotion for that particular tournament. Employees of companies contributing prizes in the promotion may be subject to rules imposed by their employers relative to their participating in promotions and should check with their employer for any relevant policies. The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion, or disqualify any participants, in its sole discretion, at any time, and with no liability, if it is notified by any authorized regulator the Promotion is prohibited by law.
4. PROMOTION OVERVIEW. The Promotion consists of five (5) games ("Games") offered in conjunction with the Wal-Mart FLW Tour Qualifying Tournaments ("Tournaments"), namely five (5) Regular Season Tournaments listed below in Paragraph 4. Each Game allows you to create your own team ("Pro Team") of three Evinrude professional anglers. Your team will consist of one Evinrude angler selected from three different groups (A, B, and C), who you think will place the highest in the next FLW Tour Tournament. Evinrude Power Points will be assigned for each angler and their ranking (see chart below in Paragraph 6). LIMIT ONE PRO TEAM/ENTRY PER PERSON/EMAIL ADDRESS PER GAME.
5. GAMBLING PROHIBITION. The Evinrude Ultimate Fantasy Fishing Challenge is strictly for entertainment purposes and may not be used in connection with any form of gambling.

6. HOW TO PLAY ONLINE. To participate in the Promotion, visit www.Evinrude.com and complete the online registration form to register as a "Player". You must include your full legal name, physical address, telephone number (day and evening, if applicable), and e-mail address as part of your registration. You must update this information as necessary to win. If a Player does not truthfully provide all requested personal information, Sponsor may determine that the Player is not eligible to win a prize.

   By registering for the promotion, you are also opting-in to become a registered member of BRP and agree to accept e-mail and e-mail marketing messages from BRP, and its respective advertising sponsors ("Advertisers").

   Prior to each tournament and within the registration periods listed below, visit www.Evinrude.com and select your team of three Evinrude professional anglers from a group of 15 (one from group A, one from group B, and one from group C) who you think will place the highest in the next Tournament.

   Evinrude Power Points for each of the five regular season tournaments will be assigned as follows:

   Opening Rounds - Days 1 and 2:

   The three Evinrude pros from your team will compete against the group of Evinrude pros you did not select. Anglers will be ranked 1-15 based on their order of finish in that FLW tournament. The angler with the highest finish among the group earns 30 points. Other anglers receive 2 fewer points for every place they finish behind the leader:

   Final Group of 10 – Day 3:

   At the end of the first two days of the tournament, the FLW cuts the number of anglers who participate on the final two days down to a group of 10. Anglers who do not make the final cut will not receive points for those days. Anglers who make the cut will have the opportunity to earn additional Power Points based on where they finish among the final group of 10 anglers. A maximum of 30 Power Points can be earned on day 3 of a tournament. Other anglers receive 3 fewer points for every place they finish behind the leader. Remember, all anglers who make the final group will be ranked, but only anglers who are part of the Promotion will accumulate points:

   Final Group of 10 – Day 4:

   On the final day of the tournament, Power Points will only be awarded for the top three places. An angler who finishes in first will earn 30 points, second place will receive 20 points, and third will receive 10 points. Anglers who finish outside of the top 3 will receive no additional points.

   Important Reminder: Pro Teams do not carry over from one Tournament to the next, so be sure to visit www.Evinrude.com during the applicable Online Registration Periods to select a Pro Team for each Tournament to be eligible to win in that Tournament's Game. Pro Team selections must be received by Sponsor's server within the Online Registration Periods listed above. Sponsor's computer is the official clock for this Promotion.

   In the event a tournament is postponed and rescheduled, Sponsor will post notice on the Promotion website as soon as practicable, and the timeframe to select or edit your Pro Team will be extended into the next applicable Online Registration Period or as posted by Sponsor at the Promotion website. If, for any reason, a Tournament is cancelled and not rescheduled, that Tournament's Game and its prizes will be void and eliminated from this Promotion.

7. GRAND PRIZE. Sponsor will award the Grand Prize winner the Ultimate Fantasy Fishing Experience package worth over $60,000. The winner's package will include the following prizes: 2008 Ranger® Z520 Comanche Boat with an Evinrude 250 H.O. motor (Approximate Retail Value = $60,000), $2,500 Cabella® Gift Card (Approximate Retail Value = $2,500), $1,000 Gas Card (Approximate Retail Value = $1,000), and "A Day with an Evinrude Angler*".

   *Player will have an opportunity to select one angler from a list of Evinrude's National Pro Team Members to come to their home lake and fish with them for the day.

8. HOW TO WIN GRAND PRIZE. To be eligible to win the Grand Prize, players must have completed the online registration located at www.Evinrude.com. The Grand Prize Winner will be the player whose Pro Teams accumulate the most Evinrude Power Points for all five (5) Tournaments. In the event of a tie, the winner will be the player with the highest average order of finish for all five (5) Tournaments. If there is still a tie, a random drawing will be used to determine the winner. Winning Player will be notified by phone, mail or e-mail within 14 days of contest end.

9. ADDITIONAL WINNERS. In addition to the Grand Prize, the following prizes will be awarded for the Players with the second, third, forth and fifth highest cumulative Evinrude Power Point totals for all five (5) Tournaments:

   First Place: Choice of the following BRP products: Evinrude E-TEC 150 DBXSC engine, Ski-Doo® MXZ Snowmobile, Sea Doo® GTI SE 155 HP Watercraft, CAN-AM® Renegade™ 800 H.O. EFI ATV. (Approximate Retail Value $9,299 - $14,370).

   Second Place: Lowrance X510c Fish Finder and Minn Kota Maxxum Pro Bow Mount Motor (101 – 42"). (Approximate Retail Value = $1,749.98)

   Third and Forth Place: Minn Kota Maxxum Pro Bow Mount Motor (101 – 42") (Approximate Retail Value = $1,199.99)

   Fifth Place: Lowrance X96c Fish Finder (Approximate Retail Value = $209.00)

   In the event of a tie, the winners will be determined based on their average order of finish for all (5) Tournaments. If there is still a tie, a random drawing will be used to determine the winners. Winning Players will be notified by phone, mail or e-mail within 14 days of contest end.

10. INDIVIDUAL TOURNAMENT WINNERS. Any Player who's selected Pro Team earns the most Evinrude Power Points for one of the five regular season Tournaments will be awarded the First Place Prize for that Tournament. Each subsequent Player who's selected Pro Team earns the next highest amount of points for that particular Tournament will be awarded the next subsequent prize, until all prizes listed below are awarded. In the event of a tie for any of the five regular season Tournaments, the winner will be based on the player whose answer to Tie Breaker Question #1 was closest to the actual answer. If there is still a tie, the winner will be based on the player whose answer to Tie Breaker Question #2 was closest to the actual. If there is still a tie, the winner will be the player with the highest cumulative Evinrude Power Point total for the season. If there is still a tie, the winner will be the player who picked the highest ranking angler at the tournament. If a tie continues, the winner will be picked in a random drawing.

    The following prizes are to be awarded for the five (5) regular season Tournaments at Lewis Smith, Lake Norman, Beaver Lake, Ft. Loudoun – Tellico Lakes, and Detroit River:

    First Prize: Evinrude E-TEC 150 DBXSC engine (Approximate Retail Value: $14,370).

    Second Prize: Trip for two to Wildlife Farms Hunting & Fishing Resort in Casscoe, AR. Includes airfare for two, transportation to the resort, all meals, full bar access, deluxe accommodations, 2 days of fishing, guide, and boat and equipment rental (Approximate Retail Value = $4,000).

    Third Prize: Minn Kota Maxxum Pro Mount Bow Motor (Approximate Retail Value = $1,099.99).

    Forth Prize: Lowrance X96c Fish Finder (Approximate Retail Value $209.00).

11. CANADIAN RESIDENTS. Canadian residents who are potential winners will have to answer a skill question to become official winners.
12. ODDS OF WINNING. The odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.
13. LIMIT ONE PRO TEAM/ENTRY PER PERSON/EMAIL ADDRESS PER GAME. Any attempt by any participant to select more than one Pro Team per game by using multiple/different email addresses, identities or other methods will disqualify that participant and void that participant's Pro Teams.
14. E-MAIL INFORMATION. All promotion entrants who register online will receive e-mail confirmation of their registration and receive e-mails confirming co-registration with Advertisers (as defined in Section 6 hereinabove). Sponsor, it's Advertisers and joint sponsors will send e-mail to inform Players of new membership benefits and features, to advise Players of urgent problems with their respective account, to notify Players of impending registration deadlines, and to present Players with opportunities to buy products and/or services that they deem appropriate to the interests of the Players.

16. UNCLAIMED PRIZES WILL NOT BE AWARDED. All winners will be required to execute and return a notarized statement and Liability/Publicity Release within fourteen (14) days following attempted notification. Non compliance within this time frame will result in forfeiture of the applicable prize. Winner will be required to provide picture proof of identification, which may include a driver's license, voting card or similar government issued identification. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in forfeiture of the applicable prize.
17. WINNERS LIST. To receive a list of winners, send a self addressed stamped envelope, together with a note of identification to the Evinrude Ultimate Fantasy Fishing Experience Challenge, 10101 Science Drive, Sturtevant, WI 53177.
18. TAX INFORMATION. Federal, state and local taxes, and all similar fees and assessments, are the responsibility of the winning Player. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold taxes from each winning prize, as appropriate.
19. NO SUBSITITUTION OF PRIZES. No substitution or transfer of prizes will be accommodated or permitted, other than at Sponsor's discretion.
20. PUBLICATION. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for Sponsor, its affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, Advertising and their agencies to use winner's name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where excluded by law. Each winner further grants to Sponsor the right to use and publish their identity and home state online and in print, or in connection with the Promotion.
21. DISQUALIFICATION. The Sponsor, their legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or miscommunications, failed telephone or computer transmissions or technical failure, lost e-mail entries, misdirected transmissions, or other error of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic. Persons found tampering with any aspect of the Promotion, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. If disqualified for any of the above reasons, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate Player's eligibility to participate in the Promotion. In the event that any portion of the Promotion is compromised, either by human intervention other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, which in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupts, or impairs security, fairness or proper play of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the Promotion, or to roll all entries into a drawing, or any combination of the above. Sponsor and their legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents are not responsible for any problem with entries generated by computer hardware or software malfunction, error or failure, whatever the cause. Winning entries may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the electronic mail address listed for the potential winning Player. WebTV users may experience technical problems that may prevent them form registering for the Promotion. As such, Sponsor hereby further disclaims any responsibility for incomplete WebTV registrations and/or entries.
22. ARBITRATION/CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited, Players agree that (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize awarded, or the determination of the winners, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association, then effective, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will Player be permitted to obtain awards for and Player hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Player and/or Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA without regard for conflicts of law doctrine, and all proceedings shall take place in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA.
23. LEGAL WARNING. Any attempt by any individual, whether or not a contestant, to damage, destroy, tamper with or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Promotion, is a violation of criminal and civil law and Sponsor will diligently pursue legal remedies in this regard against any offending individual or entity to the fullest extent permissible by and law and in equity.
