  • Propane?

    As a dinghy sailor, it is nonetheless prudent to have a small engine, especially on larger bodies of water.  I really don't want to lug around gasoline, though, for a variety of reasons (including space, trying to refuel on a platform that is perhaps more rolling and pitchy than a heavier boat, etc.).  I looked at the Lehr and love the idea, but not the execution or (apparent) lack of quality.  Is there any chance that Evinrude will introduce a propane engine in the foreseeable future?  "Plug and play", portability, no gas to spill -- all highly desirable attributes on a sailing dinghy...
