NORTH AMERICAN SALES - OUTBOARD ENGINES
Sturtevant, Wis., September 18, 2006 – BRP has appointed Michael (Mike) Kennedy to the newly created position of Vice-President, North American Sales - Outboard Engines. A former executive with Harley-Davidson Inc., Mike is responsible for leading the BRP Outboard Engine North American dealer and boat builder sales teams from the company's Sturtevant, Wis. facility.
"Now that our Evinrude E-TEC brand is showing continued growth, Mike's sales expertise and leadership will play a key role in bringing new dealers and boat builders into our sales network", said Roch Lambert, vice president, general manager, Outboard Marine Engines." Our goals also include developing tools for our Evinrude dealers to help them achieve a higher service level with their customers. Adding Mike to our team allows us to learn from his experiences in that field."
Mike brings extensive knowledge in recreational product sales from 17 years with Harley- Davidson, Inc. where he was most recently Director of Enthusiastic Services, Business Development. Mike will apply his experience to his new task of leading the strategic direction of BRP's sales team, accelerating sales efforts and increasing market share for BRP's Evinrude® and Johnson® products throughout North America.

Mike received his Master's in Business Administration from Northwestern University, the Kellogg School of Management in Illinois, and he received his Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.
