Team Evinrude 2006 Dynamic Duo
Redfish champions Bryan and Greg Watts are saltwater standouts
(Sturtevant, Wis., January 23, 2006) The 2005 FLW Eastern Division Redfish Series Team of the Year, Captains Bryan and Greg Watts are ready to make their mark on another fishing season with Team Evinrude®. The pair renewed their agreement with Evinrude for two years, continuing their membership with the elite group of eight saltwater and 22 bass and walleye anglers that comprise Team Evinrude.
The Watts brother's team accomplishments include:
- 2005 FLW Eastern Division Redfish Team of the Year
- 2003 Redfish Cup Team of the year and Championship
- 2003 Ranger Cup winner
- 2001 Inshore Fishing Association (IFA) Team of the Year and winner of the championship event
- Leading money winners in the ESPN Cup Championship series
The Watts team has consistently placed among the top 10 on the tournament leader board. These identical twin brothers have been part of the successful Team Evinrude for three years and fishing professionally since 2000. Central Florida natives, the Watts' began their angling careers fishing for largemouth bass but have proclaimed inshore saltwater fishing their passion.
Tremendous dedication to perfection in their sport has placed Bryan and Greg Watts at the top of the inshore tournament scene. "We're proud to be fishing with Team Evinrude again in 2006," said Bryan Watts. His brother Greg added, "We haven't had one issue with our E-TEC® outboards and that's as critical to our success as finding the big fish. The competitive $1.9 million Wal-Mart FLW Redfish Series Eastern Division begins February 23 in Tierra Verde, Florida.
